Cyber Jazz

This piece is more of a digital collage, than a drawing.  It is a combination of sections from "Super Trip" and "The City Life". Most notably the bottom right corner of this piece is a blown up version of the same corner on "Super Trip".  I was experimenting a lot with resizing and warping different sections to fit and flow within already finished areas.


When I started playing around with this, I had no idea where I was going with it and did not really have a goal in mind.  I also happened to be listening to a Jazz station on iTunes.  I think subliminally the Jazz came through in the art.  Jazz is very spontaneous and improvisational, much like the way that this piece came together.  I am really happy with the end result.  "Cyber Jazz" and "Super Trip" really look great side by side and present a very vibrant explosion of color.
